Sublimation​ Process

1. Get images from digital camera, memory card or scanner.

2. Print image with heat transfer paper and sublimation ink

3. Stick the imaged paper facing down with the MDF cork coaster surface by heat resistant tape.

4. Use the heat press machine to transfer the image onto MDF cork coaster.

5. After transfer, tear off the image paper.

6. Enjoy your personal designed MDF cork coaster!

Sublimation Instruction

For 3, 5, 6mm coaster, set 180°C, 65 seconds,

For 9, 12, 15mm coaster, set 200°C, 75 seconds.
